Cancellation Policy
It is with great regret that I am now having to implement a deposit system for all clients and any services due to ongoing no-shows and late
cancellations.
A 50% deposit will be required when booking your appointment to hold your spot. The deposit goes towards the total service cost, but it’s on hold till appointment date - in case of no-show
or less than 24 hours notice cancellation.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount of your service. If I don't receive 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. If no- shows or short notice, the 50% deposit will be Non-Refundable.
